Training starts the week of May 4th and goes through July 3rd.

Advanced  Program (12U-14U): Monday’s 6:30-8pm and Friday’s 5:00-6:30pm. *We will switch to morning practices on Friday’s once school is out. (1x and 2x practices per week are available with this program).

Junior Practice Program: (8-11 year olds): Monday’s 5:00-6:30pm

Partner Practice Program (12U-14U): Thursday’s 9:00-10:30am. *Program starts May 28th

Private 1-Hour Team Lessons: Weekday mornings 9-11am depending on team and coach availability. 

Oklahoma Nation Advanced Sand Program

Advanced Program is for ages 12U-14U

The OK Nation Advanced Sand Program is for all 12U-14U athletes wanting to practice and train as an individual or as a team with top coaches and can compete in tournaments that they select. This level will focus on the technique, skill and strategy of sand volleyball in a fast paced, competitive and fun environment. 

Practices for the Advanced program will be held on Monday’s & Friday's from 5-6:30pm. The Advanced Sand program will have a total program cost of $875 for 2x a week. This cost includes 27 training hours by OK Nation coaches as well as one OK Nation Beach uniform tank.

 

Oklahoma Nation Junior Sand Program

Junior Sand Program for ages 8-11

The OK Nation Junior Sand volleyball program is for players ages 9-12 that want to learn and excel in sand volleyball and want to practice 1x a week. The cost for the OK Nation Junior Sand program is $425 and includes 13.5 hours of training and an OK Nation Beach Volleyball Tank.

*All Tournament Registration and Tournament Coaching is an additional fee. All tournaments are registered for by the participating teams. To request a coach for tournaments submit a coaching request form and coaching fees may apply.
